From the start, we focused on mentally resetting the players after the first-leg loss, reassuring them that their efforts and commitment make them a source of pride—regardless of the outcome. She also reaffirmed Sharjah Women’s Sports’ full support for the team:"The organization is fully committed to supporting the team  through sports psychology programs at the Mental Preparation and Sports Medicine Centers. These resources are critical in shaping athletes to handle high-pressure situations like today’s must-win match."

She further encouraged greater fan engagement, especially from the younger generations, highlighting the importance of strong community backing in the upcoming decisive final.
