From December 23 to 29, Sharjah Women’s Sports Club hosted an international fencing training camp at the Sharjah Women’s Sports Olympic Center. The camp brought together teams from Greece and Türkiye, along with athletes from Egypt, and included 18 fencers from the Club, supported by international coaches from Egypt, Greece, and Türkiye.

Led by Sami El Sayed, Scientific Advisor for Performance Development at the Sharjah Women’s Sports, the camp delivered an intensive technical program focused on tactical refinement and increasing the tempo of daily bouts. This competitive finale transformed training loads into a realistic match environment, allowing athletes to apply newly acquired technical and mental skills, and reinforcing the camp’s value as a comprehensive preparation tool that extends beyond training into applied competition.

One Integrated System, One Goal: Sustainability

This quarter reflects a clear philosophy adopted by Sharjah Women’s Sports and its clubs—one that views achievement not as the product of a single competition, but as the result of a long-term developmental process. A process that begins with planning, advances through specialized training, is tested in competition, and continuously refined through camps and ongoing evaluation.

["post-5869","news-feed","type-news-feed","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry
["GET
