These visits were initiated by the Organization following the formation of new boards of directors after the federations\u2019 recent electoral cycles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative forms part of SWS\u2019 commitment to renewing communication channels with sports federations, introducing them to its strategic vision and integrated approach to developing women\u2019s sport, and exploring areas of cooperation that support the sustainability of sports development while enhancing both technical and administrative performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>A Unified Coordination Framework<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The federations\u2019 visits were conducted within a unified coordination framework adopted by the organization, designed to present its strategic direction, outline the operational methodologies of its specialized centers, and identify opportunities for collaboration aligned with the technical requirements and characteristics of each sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During these visits, federation representatives were introduced to SWS\u2019 approach to athletic performance development, the role of mental preparation programs and scientific research in supporting athletes, and the future initiatives planned for its affiliated clubs. Together, these elements reflect an integrated system that brings technical, research-driven, and administrative components into one cohesive model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Fencing: A Partnership Grounded in Scientific Development<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Led by H.E. Sheikh Engineer Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Board, the UAE Fencing Federation\u2019s Board of Directors held an in-depth meeting at the Scientific Research and Sports Development Center, with the participation of the SWS\u2019 senior leadership and specialized technical and scientific teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting included a comprehensive presentation of the Organization\u2019s strategic plan, alongside discussions on potential areas of collaboration to advance women\u2019s fencing through applied scientific research, mental preparation, and specialized technical support. This approach aligns with the evolving demands of high-performance sport and aims to strengthen the presence of women\u2019s fencing at both national and international levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Basketball: Technical and Administrative Integration to Support Women\u2019s Sport<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The visit of the UAE Basketball Federation, chaired by Abdulatif Nasser Al Fardan, included a formal meeting and an introductory tour, during which both parties discussed joint proposals to advance women\u2019s basketball and exchanged perspectives on cooperation across technical, administrative, and developmental domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussions underscored the importance of building on existing experiences and unifying efforts between SWS and the Federation to expand participation, enhance competitiveness, and promote sports awareness\u2014aligned with the UAE\u2019s broader vision for empowering women across the sports sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Athletics: Expanding the Scope of Coordination<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The third visit, conducted by the UAE Athletics Federation, included a tour of the Sharjah Women\u2019s Sports Olympic Center, a review of the Organization\u2019s strategic plans, and an overview of the sports facilities currently under development.
