• Participate in preparing and developing the strategic plan, initiatives and operational plans related to the office, and build a culture of performance measurement at the level of the organization and its affiliated clubs, and then follow up and evaluate the results of the application • Plan and manage the projects of the organization and its affiliated clubs effectively in cooperation and coordination with the organizational units to ensure the quality of the outputs and adherence to the approved time frames and budgets • Participate in developing quality and institutional excellence systems and performance development requirements, as well as preparing the organization and its affiliated clubs to adhere to the conditions for obtaining international quality certificates and approved excellence awards • Supervise the conduct of audits and self-evaluation processes (related to institutional excellence), and assist the organizational units in the organization and its affiliated clubs in developing development plans based on the results, and then work to follow up on the implementation of the plans • Collect statistical data and information related to the work of the organization and its affiliated clubs, and provide the organizational units with what they need, in addition to preparing statistical reports and submitting relevant recommendations • Coordinate the conduct of benchmarking studies with distinguished organizations inside and outside the country; to identify best practices and how to benefit from them at the level of the organization and its affiliated clubs
